Return Policy
Divine Health Return policy
1. We have a 30-day return policy on any open/unopened products (this may include subscription orders of 3+ packages)
*This is due to the storage of the product and safety
2. All products that are returned must be unopened with the outside seal still intact
3. The return of the product will be at the cost of the customer unless wrongdoing of Divine Health can be proven.
4. A 10% restocking fee shall be charged on any returned products. (This may be waived at Divine Health’s discretion)
5. All returns must be approved by Divine Health, please email info@divinehealth.com and provide:
a) order number
b) date of purchase
c) product to be returned and the number of items to be returned
d) condition of products returned* please see #2 above
6. All unopened products shall be returned to the below address at the customer’s expense:

7. All opened products shall be subject to our store credit policy, i.e. any customers that wish to return opened products shall receive a store credit toward the purchase of other products from the store, this is at Divine Health’s discretion (any refunds made on open products are at the discretion of Divine Health and are subject to the 10% restocking fee.)
